At burrbaby, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident in the quality of our products, and we offer a 60-day full return policy with a 100% guarantee on all items.
Return Time Frame
You may return or exchange any product within 60 days of receiving your products. We want you to be able to test them out thoroughly before making your decision, so we do not require products to be new in order for them to be returned.
If products are damaged in the return shipment, Burrbaby is not able to offer a refund.
Eligible Items
All items are eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a product exchange for a broken or defective product, a photo of the product is required to verify that it is broken and to start an insurance claim with the respective mail delivery partner. Shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must have been bought directly from Burrbaby, and the customer must show proof of purchase with a receipt. Please use a trackable shipping method, as Burrbaby can't issue a refund for returns lost during shipping.
Missing Packages
Missing packages must be reported within 5 days of the carrier marking the package as delivered. If the carrier has lost the package and tracking data does not indicate the package was delivered, Burrbaby will conduct an investigation alongside carrier investigation channels. Resolutions will occur after the carrier has given a conclusive answer.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within ten business days of receiving the returned item. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, meaning you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price. Refunds are administered to the original payment method. Products damaged during returned shipments will receive 50% reimbursement.
Store Credit
If you prefer, you can opt to receive your refund in the form of store credit.
Exchanges
To process an exchange, please email us at team@burrbaby.com with your order information and the reason for the exchange. After we review and approve your request, you will need to purchase shipping and send the item back to us.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us at team@burrbaby.com to report the issue and initiate a replacement.
