Burrbaby is committed to delivering your purchase in a timely and efficient manner. Our policies are as follows:
Standard Shipping
Our default shipping option is USPS Ground Advantage. After a handling time of 2 business days, orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days depending on your location. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be provided to you via email or text message. During high order volume periods of the year and holidays, handling time may be longer than 2 business days.
Alternative Shipping Options
Customers may choose other USPS options during checkout. Please refer to the USPS website for details on alternative shipping timelines and costs.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure orders arrive in a timely manner, Burrbaby cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, including those due to weather, labor disruptions, or high-volume shipping times like holidays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost during transit, a claim should be filed with USPS. Burrbaby is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with USPS and inform us at our customer service email so we may assist you in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
Currently, Burrbaby only ships within the United States. Please check back for updates on any changes to our shipping policy.
Return Shipping
For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipments Returned to Burrbaby due to Incorrect Address Information
If customers supply an incorrect address and a shipped package is returned to Burrbaby, customers are responsible for shipping costs for the second delivery attempt. If customers wish to cancel the order after a failed delivery attempt, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Holiday Shipping
During high-volume shipping periods, such as holidays, please place your order well in advance and allow for additional processing and shipping time. Specific holiday shipping guidelines will be posted on our website as applicable.
